Accepted Payment Methods
Berylite accepts the payment methods offered at checkout for your order.
The availability of digital wallets and express checkout options may depend on your device, browser, account, and payment eligibility.
Currency and Order Total
Orders are priced and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Checkout displays applicable discounts, sales taxes, and the final order total before you submit payment.
Our Shipping Policy explains shipping charges and import duties. Any currency conversion fees or other charges imposed separately by your bank or payment provider are governed by that provider's terms.
Payment Processing
Order processing begins after payment confirmation. Payments are subject to authorization and any necessary security checks performed by the applicable payment provider.
If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, order processing cannot begin. Check your payment details or contact your payment provider for assistance.
A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge. If an authorization is canceled or expires, your payment provider determines when the pending amount is released.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable third-party payment providers. Berylite does not directly store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
Submit payment information only through checkout or the applicable payment provider's payment process. Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or verification codes to us by email or phone.
Duplicate Payments
Any confirmed duplicate payment collected by Berylite will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains order cancellation requests. Our Return & Refund Policy explains return eligibility, refund amounts, and return-related refund processing times.
If unshipped items are canceled after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for those items, including applicable taxes, to the original payment method. If your entire order remains unshipped and is canceled, we will refund the full amount paid for the order.
If payment has only been authorized and has not been collected, we will cancel the applicable authorization through the payment provider.
Refunds owed to you are not automatically replaced with store credit. After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
